One of the most consistent friction points we hear from international clients isn't the photography itself — it's getting their product into our Guangzhou studio and back out again. Customs paperwork, freight costs, and unpredictable delivery windows can add days or weeks to a project. We're pleased to announce a new logistics partnership designed specifically to remove that friction.
AIMI has signed a preferred-rate agreement with a major cross-border logistics provider servicing inbound and outbound freight between Greater China and 80+ countries. The arrangement gives our clients access to:
For most of our international clients, the photography itself takes 4-8 working days. Shipping product to us used to add another 5-15 days in each direction. Under the new arrangement, typical inbound transit times are 3-5 working days from the US East Coast, 2-4 from Western Europe, and 1-3 from Southeast Asia. Combined with the bonded-sample customs handling, total project lead time can drop by as much as 50% for brands shipping from outside Asia.
Once you book a project with AIMI, your account manager will offer the partner logistics option. If you opt in, we'll send pre-filled pickup paperwork to your warehouse and arrange collection on the day you specify. Product arrives at our Guangzhou facility, is inventoried in our secure receiving area, and is staged in the appropriate studio for your shoot. After the project completes, we re-pack and ship back through the same channel.
The partnership is live as of this month and available on all new project bookings. Existing clients with ongoing relationships can use the service starting from their next project. There's no minimum order size and no commitment to use the partner for future shipments.
