I'm based overseas — how does the process work remotely?
Most of our international clients never visit the studio. You ship samples directly to us (or have your China factory send them), share your brief via email or WeChat, approve shot lists remotely, review proofs online, and receive finals via cloud download. We communicate in English and Chinese with timezone-flexible project managers.
How does your quality compare to US or European studios?
We use professional-grade cameras, precision studio lighting, and calibrated color workflows — the same standards used by top western agencies. Where is your studio? Can I visit?
Our 3,000 sqm studio is located in Guangzhou, China — the heart of China's manufacturing and export hub. Clients are welcome to visit, tour the facility, and attend shoots in person. We also host directed shoots where you or your creative director can oversee production on-site.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. We shoot single products for startups and thousands of SKUs for enterprise brands with equal care. Whether you have one hero product or an entire catalog refresh, we accommodate projects of any scale.
Can I try a sample shoot before committing to a large order?
Yes — we encourage it. Send us 1–3 sample products and we'll shoot them at standard rates so you can evaluate our quality, communication, and turnaround firsthand. Most clients convert to ongoing projects after seeing the sample results.
