Photography Challenges

1. Brown powder on white reads as dirt if careless. Cocoa powder piles can read as mess. The pile is composed with a small sieve and a scoop, so the powder reads as ingredient, not spill.

2. The pour clouds fast. Cocoa hitting milk swirls and clouds quickly. The spoon pour is shot in the first second while the powder stream still reads.

3. Pack print must stay readable. The pack label sits against a busy kitchen set. A shallow depth of field holds the label sharp while the background falls soft.

Our Approach

Pack and powder block.

Frames 01-03 and 09 establish the pack with the powder pile, the prepared drink pairing and the open pack texture.

Action and walk-around block.

Frames 04-06 add the spoon pour and the front and side walk-arounds.

Atmosphere closers.

Frames 07-08 and 10 finish with the whipped-top drink, the sachet fan and the wide kitchen scene.

Post-production and delivery.

Retouching cleaned powder scatter, matched the warm white grade, and delivered 2000x2000px sRGB JPG plus WebP.

"Drink powder photography is tidiness with appetite: sieve the pile, shoot the pour in the first second, and keep the label sharp." — June, Product Photography Team Lead
