AIMI Visual Media produced a 5:02 corporate brand film for Soliao.com, a B2B industrial platform for engineering plastics. Shot across the client’s factory, offices, and sample warehouse, the 1920 x 1080, 25 fps master pairs industry data captions with real facility footage, and was delivered in seven business days.

Soliao.com runs a B2B industrial platform for engineering plastics, and the brief came with a familiar problem: the platform itself is virtual, while buyer trust is built on things that can be verified. We chose to make the abstract concrete in three layers: industry data that establishes why this platform economy exists, real footage of the company’s front desk, team, and brand image wall to prove a working business, and warehouse coverage of densely stocked sample racks to show supply depth.

Creative Concept

B2B buyers are enterprise decision makers, and their trust rests on verifiable physical evidence. So the film opens with scale: on-screen data noting that Chinese manufacturing accounted for 35 percent of global output in 2018, paired with robotics on automated lines, frames the platform’s inevitability. The middle section walks inside Soliao.com, from the brand image wall to the positioning line as an engineering plastics specialist, with the full soliao.com address legible. The closing section lets rotating racks of sample cups argue resource density, while captions tie that density to shorter R&D cycles for manufacturers.

Production

The factory passages used existing industrial lighting so the metal surfaces of robots and automated equipment kept their texture. In the office section we lit bright and corporate, keeping the brand lettering and the full web address on the image wall readable, with a monitor check on every key frame. The warehouse section mixed ambient light with portable fill so rows of samples on rotating shelving stayed separated. The grade follows a business-technology palette in blue and white brand tones, balancing cool industrial scenes against the warmer company interiors. Data captions were re-set in post so every abstract claim lands on a concrete image.

Production Challenges

1. Making an invisible platform visible. Industrial interconnection is an abstract idea, so we alternated data captions with physical scenes: every time an abstract term appeared, a factory floor, front desk, or warehouse shot caught it. That rhythm of concept then evidence became the edit logic of the whole film.

2. Engineering plastics is a cold subject for general viewers. We opened from the macro scale of Chinese manufacturing instead of the product itself. The drop from industry-wide data to one platform’s real facilities creates the pull, and the specialist subject gains context before the viewer is asked to care about it.

3. The web address and positioning line had to survive the edit. We shot the brand image wall as a locked-off setup and confirmed wording character by character on the monitor. In post, key information was reinforced with captions a second time, because for a B2B platform, address recall connects directly to inbound inquiries.

Where the Film Lives

The finished film runs on the platform’s official website, at industry trade shows, and in recruitment pitches on both the supplier and buyer sides of the marketplace. The first thirty seconds carry the industry data, the middle section grounds the company, and the closing minute states the platform’s value, so the full cut also works as a booth loop. Before publishing on third-party platforms, check each platform’s current policies.

The more virtual the platform, the more concrete the frame must be. Data, premises, samples: three layers down, an abstract marketplace becomes trust you can touch. (Garbo) — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you make a B2B platform film credible?

Concretize in three layers: industry data gives inevitability, real company premises give presence, and samples plus supply chain give service density. A platform’s customers are enterprise decision makers, and verifiable physical footage is the one source of their trust.

How do you keep a niche subject like engineering plastics watchable?

Enter through the grand narrative: open with Chinese manufacturing’s 35 percent share of global output, let the industry’s height wash out the subject’s coldness, then land on the platform’s real scenes. For niche subjects, scale is the best opening line.

Should the web address and positioning line appear repeatedly?

Key information gets reinforced twice: shot once on the physical image wall, then reinforced again with captions in post. A B2B platform’s conversion path runs through search and visits, so address exposure frequency links directly to lead generation.

What do the sample warehouse shots prove?

Resource density. Samples packed tight on rotating racks prove the supply-chain resources the platform has accumulated are real. The positioning as an engineering plastics specialist is supported by the scale and range of those samples.

How is a 5:02 platform film structured?

The first 30 seconds establish the industry data, the middle three minutes cover company premises and platform capability, and the final minute closes on the value promise. B2B pacing stays steady: each layer earns the enterprise viewer one more degree of trust.

How much does a platform brand film like this cost?

Every corporate film is quoted per project and itemized from your brief: scenes, locations, shoot days, and post requirements each move the figure. Share your outline through our contact page and we will come back with a detailed proposal and schedule.

How do you visualize industrial interconnection on screen?

By alternation: the abstract concept appears as a caption, and a physical scene immediately catches it, with factory, front desk, and warehouse taking turns. That alternating rhythm between abstract and concrete is the core editing logic of a platform film.

How does the film argue shorter R&D cycles for manufacturers?

Result first: the density of sample resources decides selection efficiency, and the platform turns supplier accumulation into customer speed. The warehouse scenes carry this value point, because a concrete scene lands harder than an abstract promise.

What is the turnaround for this kind of platform film?

Standard delivery is seven business days, covering planning and script, the location shoot, and the fine edit. If you need a rush schedule, contact our team through the contact page and we will confirm timing and arrangements for your dates.
