Shot in the quiet window before full operation, this set walks the working side of a new hospital. The campus frame establishes the site: inpatient tower, outpatient wing and grounds in one sunlit view. Inside, the auditorium carries the assembly story from the rear aisle. Three office types follow, the clinical consultation room, the open-plan staff floor with its river view, and the private lounge office, showing the range of working environments the facility offers. The records archive documents the disciplined back-of-house, and the administrator office closes the set at the executive end.

Photography Challenges
1. Glossy floors reflect everything. Polished porcelain doubles chairs, shelves and the tripod. Frames are composed so reflections add depth, and traffic marks are cleaned in retouch.
2. Window views must survive. Several offices face a river and skyline. Exposures are balanced to keep the view readable while the interior stays bright, blended where the gap demands it.
3. Repeated shelving shows drift. Archive aisles punish any off-axis lean. The camera squares to the shelving grid, verified against the far aisle lines.
4. One grade across unlike rooms. Auditorium cool, offices warm-neutral, archive flat fluorescent: every zone is balanced on its own, then matched to a shared reference so the set reads as one campus.
Our Approach
Establishing frame first.
The campus view anchors the set and fixes the palette every interior frame later answers to.
Each office type gets its own frame.
Consultation, open-plan, private and executive offices are covered as distinct environments, so recruitment and reporting pages each get the room they need.
Archive shot as infrastructure.
The binder aisles are framed straight down the row, reading as capacity and order rather than storage clutter.
Quiet-window scheduling.
All frames are made before occupancy, no figures, no blur, no privacy review, and a set that stays current for years.
"A campus set is a promise: the exterior makes it, the offices keep it. Grade them as one place or the story breaks." — Garbo, Director of Photography

When is the best time to photograph a new facility?
The pre-occupancy window: finishes are fresh, rooms are empty, and the delivered set stays usable for years.

What is the turnaround?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the final shoot day, including retouching and series grading.
Can you add staff portraits later?
