The product is a small imported wine collection sold on cross-border e-commerce: a tall slender Pillitteri ice wine bottle from Canada, plus three ALVTS DRIFT fruit wines in raspberry, blueberry and a minimalist line-art edition. The brief was pure catalog clarity: every SKU on white, every SKU on a soft brand blue, no props. All 8 frames were shot at the AIMI Visual Media studio in Guangzhou, China.

Photography Challenges
1. Four bottles, four label systems. The black Pillitteri label, the bright pink raspberry, the deep purple blueberry and the pale line-art bottle each need different exposure handling. The white sweep is lit to a fixed value and each bottle is metered individually, so all four sit in one catalog without a retouch fight.
2. Tall slender bottles tip and distort. The ice wine bottle is tall and thin, so perspective distortion and physical stability both matter. The camera is raised to label height and the bottle is pinned on a hidden stand, keeping verticals true.
3. Two sweeps must stay one family. The white and pale blue backgrounds are lit to the same tonal distance from the product, so the pair reads as one SKU in two moods, not two different products.
Our Approach
White sweep block.
Frames 01, 03, 05, 07 run each SKU on a clean white sweep with soft shadow, label height locked, exposure metered per bottle.
Pale blue block.
Frames 02, 04, 06, 08 repeat the set on a pale blue sweep for the collection mood frames, keeping the same light map so the pair stays one family.
Post-production and delivery.
Retouching cleaned bottle bases and capsule reflections, matched label color across the two sweeps, and delivered 2000x2000px sRGB JPG plus WebP.
"Imported wine catalog work is a metering exercise: four label systems, one sweep, one exposure discipline, no exceptions." — June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a clean catalog wine set priced?
White-background catalog frames start from $12 per image under our Essential package, and styled alternates on colored sweeps start from $35 per image under Growth. All rates are starting prices, and the final quote depends on your requirements.
Can you shoot each SKU on two backgrounds?
Yes. The light map is locked and only the sweep changes, so the white and colored versions read as one SKU in two moods.
How long does an 8-frame catalog session take?
This set was delivered in our standard 5-7 business day window: light map setup, one shooting day, then retouching and label color matching.
Do the files meet marketplace main image rules?
Yes. White-background frames are delivered at 2000x2000px sRGB, above the 1000px zoom minimum, with a full commercial license.
