Photography Challenges
1. Dark goods on dark planks need edges. The sugar blocks sit close to the plank tone. A warm rim light separates the block edges and a skim highlight reads the crystal surface.
2. Texture is the only prop. With minimal props, the sugar crystal and the hawthorn skin carry the frame. A raking key pulls both into relief.
3. Three goods, one pantry. The three products share the plank set and the grade so they read as one pantry line.
Our Approach
Sugar hero first.
Frame 01 stacks the sugar blocks on the planks with the crystal texture forward.
Hawthorn and sweet potato.
Frames 02-03 add the hawthorn pieces and the sweet potato slices on a small plate.
Range closer.
Frame 04 finishes with the pantry group.
Post-production and delivery.
Retouching held the crystal texture, matched the dark grade, and delivered 2000x2000px sRGB JPG plus WebP.
"Pantry photography is texture under raking light: rim the edges, skim the crystals, and keep the props silent." — June, Product Photography Team Lead
