Creative Concept

Production

We shot on the Canon 5D Mark IV at 25fps, 1920x1080, in the running workshop. Ultrasonic welding is the machine’s core process and the film’s close-up priority: die motion at the welding stations, mask sheets passing between stations and weld-point quality were all captured on telephoto from outside the safety distance, sharp and legible. The green conveyor and light blue mask sheets form a natural guide through the metal frame, so the camera travels the line and the process unfolds in order. Existing factory lighting plus two LED fill units kept metal texture and label sharpness, with background stations thrown soft. Station timing was read off the production rhythm, and camera burst plus video ran as dual records to catch full motion cycles.
