The client is a women's accessories brand whose line needed campaign imagery for 4 designs, an envelope crossbody, a mini bucket, a quilted chain flap, and a smooth hobo, that share nothing but a price point. The unifier is restraint: one platinum blonde model, one outfit formula of black blazer, grey knit, and beige trousers, and one warm apricot seamless for every frame. AIMI Visual Media shot the campaign in a single studio day in Guangzhou: 6 on-model frames, each design presented in its signature hold, graded to one master so the page reads as one brand speaking.

Photography Challenges
1. Four designs, one outfit, no costume budget A blush crossbody and a black quilted chain bag do not naturally belong to the same photo, and four outfit changes would eat the day. The wardrobe formula, black blazer over grey knit with beige trousers, was chosen because it flatters every bag in the line without matching any of them. The pose family rotates per design, shoulder-height presentation, palm perch, crossbody wear, mid-stride strap hold, so variety comes from the products, not the closet.
2. Taupe leather against beige trousers The mini bucket's greige leather sits a half tone from the trouser fabric, and soft studio light fuses near-tones fast. The wardrobe was locked lighter than the bag, the exposure decision favors the leather, and the grade keeps a clean edge between bag and fabric. When wardrobe and product share a color family, one of them has to give way, and on a campaign set it is never the product.
3. Quilted gloss is a field of tiny mirrors The black chain flap bag's padded diamonds each catch their own highlight, and a broad softbox turns the flap into a hundred hot spots. The key was flagged into a long, narrow source that lays one clean specular line across the quilting, so each puff keeps the shadow seam that proves it is padded. Quilted leather photographed flat reads as printed fabric, and printed fabric does not sell at leather prices.
4. A mini bag needs scale without a full pose The bucket bag is small enough that a full-body frame would shrink it to an accessory footnote. The palm-perch frame solves it: the bag rests on an upturned palm at shoulder height, full front face to the lens, with the hand as an instant ruler. The buyer reads size, texture, and clasp in one glance, and the product stays perfectly square with zero grip distortion.
Our Approach
The apricot sweep as brand color
Position: a warm apricot seamless for every frame, model center or right of frame, negative space reserved for the studio's campaign layout. Why apricot: it warms the blush and cognac bags, cools nothing, and gives the black designs a backdrop they cannot sink into. Settings: 35mm at f/4 for full-figure frames, ISO 100.
A signature hold per design
Position: the envelope crossbody presented at shoulder height between both hands, the bucket bag perched on an open palm and worn crossbody, the chain flap displayed with its chain drawn taut, the hobo held by its strap mid-stride. Settings: 85mm at f/2.8 for the product crops, focus on clasps and handle mounts. Why signature holds: four designs on one body need four silhouettes of proof, and each hold demonstrates the carry the bag was actually built for.
Grading four bags to one voice
All 6 frames were graded to one master: 5200K, the taupe leather held within a hue shift of 2 against its swatch, the blush kept from drifting salmon, and the quilted black given a luminance floor so its shadows keep the padding's depth. The blonde hair got its own mask so the warm grade never pushed it brassy. Delivered as 2000px sRGB JPEGs plus full-resolution TIFFs.
"A campaign is not four bags photographed well. It is one opinion about taste, stated four times without changing its mind. — Garbo" — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the rate for a single-wardrobe studio campaign?
On-model frames start at $35 per image under our Growth package, so this 6-frame campaign starts around $210, with the model fee quoted separately. One model, one outfit formula, and one seamless for all 4 designs keeps the day lean, and a full commercial license is included. All rates are starting prices and scale with designs and frame count.
How long does a 4-design campaign session take?
This series was delivered in 2 business days: casting and wardrobe confirmation ahead of the shoot, one studio day covering all 4 designs on the apricot sweep, and grading overnight. The single wardrobe formula is what makes four bags fit one day without a styling assistant working overtime.
Can these campaign frames be used for marketplace listings?
The bag-forward crops are built for secondary and A+ slots, and the clean sweep keeps them close to catalog discipline. The main image still requires pure white, and we shoot matching sweep versions starting at $12 per image, so the same shipment covers listing and campaign.
How do you keep a taupe bag separate from beige trousers?
By planning the gap before the shoot. The wardrobe was locked a half tone lighter than the bag, and the exposure decision favors the product, so the greige leather keeps its edge against the fabric. When a bag and a wardrobe share a color family, somebody has to give way, and it is never the product.
Our line has a quilted gloss bag. How do you control the shine?
Quilted gloss is a field of tiny mirrors, so the key light is flagged into a long, narrow source that lays one clean specular line across the diamonds instead of a hundred hot spots. Each puff keeps its shadow seam, which is what makes quilting read as padding rather than print.
Can you present a bag in hand without a full model pose?
Yes, the palm-perch frame does exactly that: the bag rests on an upturned palm at shoulder height, so its full front face faces the camera with zero grip distortion. It is the cleanest way to show a mini bag's scale, the hand is the ruler, and the product stays perfectly square to the lens.
We refresh colors each season. Can you reshoot to match?
Every recipe is archived: sweep color, light position, wardrobe, and grade. A new colorway session starts by matching a reference frame from the last shoot before the first bag is unboxed, so the campaign page grows without a visible seam between seasons.
Four designs that need to speak as one brand?
Signature holds, wardrobe-tone discipline, and one-master grading from our Guangzhou studio, from $35 per on-model image with model and license.
