The product is grilled tofu skewers, a vegetarian snack line sold on e-commerce and food delivery. The frames had to read smoky and fresh, so the set is a warm ceramic plate with scallion, chili and a dipping sauce prop. All 6 frames were shot at the AIMI Visual Media studio in Guangzhou, China.

Photography Challenges
1. Tofu goes rubbery under heat lamps. Grilled tofu dries and loses its sheen fast. The skewers are grilled to order on set and shot within minutes, while the surface still reads moist.
2. Char marks need a real grill. The grill lines come from a real grate, not a torch. The skewers are pressed on the hot grate for a fixed second count so the marks read clean.
3. Scallion and chili must not look scattered. The garnish is placed with tweezers so it reads intentional, not accidental.
Our Approach
Plate and garnish block.
Frames 01-02 establish the ceramic plate with scallion and chili, and the dipping sauce prop.
Texture close-up.
Frame 03 goes to the tofu surface so the char marks and the moist interior read at zoom.
Action and group closers.
Frames 04-06 finish with the stacked skewers, the sauce-brush action and the raw-plus-cooked group.
Post-production and delivery.
Retouching cleaned sauce drips, held the warm grade, and delivered 2000x2000px sRGB JPG plus WebP.
