The product is Cilingan TCM tonic paste, a concentrated herbal paste in glass jars. Traditional medicine buyers read authenticity through the herb, so the set is dark wood with reishi mushroom props, and two frames bring in a hand for the use-case read: holding the jar and spooning the paste. All 6 frames were shot at the AIMI Visual Media studio in Guangzhou, China.

Photography Challenges
1. Dark paste on dark wood needs an edge. The paste and the set share one tonal family. A rim light separates the jar edge, and the paste gets a skim highlight so its texture reads as thick, not muddy.
2. Reishi props must not overpower the jar. The reishi mushroom is large and dramatic. It is placed behind and below the jar so the product stays the hero.
3. Hands must look working, not posed. The hand-held frames are shot mid-action: the jar grip and the spooning motion, so the hands read as use, not as a model.
Our Approach
Jar and herb block.
Frames 01-02 establish the jar with the reishi prop and the open jar texture read.
Use-case block.
Frames 03-04 show the paste spooned onto a dish and the warm water pairing for the dissolving ritual.
Hand frames.
Frames 05-06 bring in the hand for the jar grip and the spooning action, shot mid-motion.
Post-production and delivery.
Retouching held the paste texture, matched the rustic grade, and delivered 2000x2000px sRGB JPG plus WebP.
