The client sells ergonomic support cushions for rest, travel and posture: a contoured neck pillow, a U-shaped travel pillow and a strap-on lumbar cushion. The brief asked for on-model frames that show each product in its real use position, from reading in bed to sitting at a chair. All six frames were photographed at the AIMI Visual Media studio in Guangzhou, China.

Photography Challenges

1. Support is a contact product. A neck pillow on a shelf explains nothing. Each cushion is photographed in contact with the model at its support point, neck, travel fit or lumbar, so the ergonomic claim reads anatomically.

2. Three products, three use rooms. Bed rest, travel and chair posture fragment into three visual worlds. One model, one wardrobe and one high-key palette tie the line together while the sets change around each use case.

3. Soft velour eats light. Short-pile plush goes flat under even light. A soft directional key models the pile so the fabric reads touchable, and the gray, blush and navy colorways keep their separation on the white sets.

Our Approach

Neck pillow in bed first.

Frames 01-03 work the gray contour pillow through its bed positions: held behind the neck, lifted for shape, and tucked against the headboard for upright reading.

Travel pillow as the close-up.

Frame 04 moves tight on the blush U-shaped pillow at the neck, the fit frame the travel listing leads with.

Lumbar cushion on the chair.

Frames 05-06 stage the navy cushion on a beech chair, away and to camera, showing posture support in the working position buyers actually use it.

"A support cushion is sold at the contact point. Photograph the exact inch where body meets foam and the ergonomics explain themselves." — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a six-frame on-model set priced?

On-model lifestyle frames like these sit in our Growth package from $35 per image, white-background versions start from $12 per image under Essential, and full A+ Content sets start from $80 per SKU under Premium. All rates are starting prices, and the final quote depends on your requirements.

Can you show each cushion in its real use position?

Yes. Every support product is photographed in contact at its support point, from neck rest to lumbar posture, so the ergonomic benefit reads without copy.

Can one model carry a whole cushion line?

Yes. One model and wardrobe across all sets keeps the line consistent while each product gets its own use environment.

Can we add white-background versions for marketplace slots?

Yes. Pure white-background shots for Amazon main image slots start from $12 per image under our Essential package. All final files are delivered at 2000x2000px sRGB, which exceeds Amazon's 1000px minimum requirement for the zoom feature, and include a full commercial license.
