The client sells traditional Buddhist bead jewelry: star-moon bodhi seed bracelets in two accent designs plus a 108-bead mala with lapis, green hardstone and silver spacer details. Photography Challenges
1. Bodhi seed texture dies under flat light. The star-moon speckling that defines bodhi needs a raking source to raise contrast in the seed surface, so the pattern reads clearly at listing zoom.
2. Accent beads steal the composition. Bright lapis and red carved accents pull the eye from the bodhi. Accents are placed at deliberate anchor points in the layout, so they guide rather than hijack the frame.
3. Mixed materials need separate light care. Matte seeds, glossy lapis and bright silver spacers each need different treatment. The key is balanced for the seeds first, with small flagged accents bringing the glossy elements up separately.
