One sweatsuit pattern, three colorways, one afternoon outdoors. The set pairs a solid bodice with painterly floral sleeves and fully printed joggers, styled with a matching bunny-ear headband and a wing-charm necklace. Frames 1 and 2 work the pink colorway on a cafe patio: seated on wicker with a direct smile, then a high-angle frame blowing a petal from her palm. Frame 4 moves the mint colorway to a granite plaza planter with ornamental grass and umbrella bokeh. Frames 3 and 5 take the grey-blue colorway to a weathered boardwalk railing, one wave and one lean, so each colorway gets a distinct mood within the same catalog family.

Photography Challenges
1. Three colorways must not blur together. Same cut, same print, three base colors: each colorway gets its own location type, so buyers navigating the listing read pink as patio, mint as plaza and grey-blue as boardwalk without checking captions.
2. Overcast light flattens print color. Soft cloud light is kind to skin but dulls floral saturation. Exposure is metered for the print, white balance is set per location, and the grade restores petal saturation without touching skin.
3. Public locations carry clutter. Cafe furniture, plaza umbrellas and background adults all intrude. Wide apertures throw the background into soft bokeh, and framing keeps signage and strangers out of every panel.
4. A five-frame set needs pose variety. Seated smile, petal blow, wave, planter perch and railing lean: the pose list is planned before the location walk, so no two frames repeat a gesture across colorways.
Our Approach
The patio frames.
Frames 1 and 2 use the wicker chair as a fixed anchor: frame 1 runs the eye-level catalog smile, frame 2 lifts the camera high for the petal-blow moment, the deck planks giving both a shared floor texture.
The plaza frame.
Frame 4 perches the model on the planter edge with ankles crossed and hands clasped; the ornamental grass softens the granite, and blurred umbrellas behind keep the mint set in a casual-public register.
The boardwalk frames.
Frames 3 and 5 lean the model on the dark railing for diagonal body lines; the wave frame adds the missing-front-tooth grin that makes the grey-blue colorway the playful one.
Location discipline.
The route walks patio to plaza to boardwalk in one light window; wardrobe changes happen in colorway order, and the headband and necklace carry across all three for collection continuity.
"Give every colorway its own location and the listing navigates itself. Buyers remember places, not frame numbers." — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a multi-location childrenswear session priced?
Location childrenswear sessions are billed from $800/day per photography team, with child model agency fees and location logistics itemized; a three-colorway afternoon returns a written per-project quote after a brief call.
Can you shoot several colorways efficiently outdoors?
Yes. We assign one location per colorway and walk a planned route, so each color gets its own mood without losing light time to travel.
How do you keep public backgrounds clean?
Wide apertures for bokeh, tight framing around signage and bystanders, and a location recce that pre-clears the angles.
What is the turnaround?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from shoot day, including retouching and grade matching across locations.
Who owns the images?
Your brand does, under a full commercial license covering catalog, marketplace, social and advertising use.
