This is a colorway catalog done properly: one chenille duck sweatsuit, four colors, eight frames, all outdoors. Blue opens on the sports field with the lace-front denim cap and sunglasses; pink runs a diptych pairing the front three-quarter with a drawstring close-up; yellow gets the widest coverage, a solo strap-grip frame, a triptych of wave, walk and hands-behind-head, and a front-rear diptych; grey closes on the court with the brown mini backpack. The cap, sunglasses and gold-panel sneakers carry across all four colorways, so the collection reads as one family in every listing slot.

Photography Challenges

1. Four colorways must never blur. Each colorway is assigned its own ground: blue to grass field, pink to plaza, yellow to track and overlook, grey to court; buyers learn the color by the place, which no caption has to explain.

2. The applique is the SKU. The chenille duck chest and the mini duck thigh must both read. Poses are chosen to keep hands out of pockets on detail frames, and rear panels prove the back is clean rather than hiding the print side.

3. Harsh daylight fights pastel fleece. Pink and yellow fleece blow out under hard sun. The route follows hazy windows and open shade, and the grade restores applique saturation without touching skin.

4. Multi-panel frames multiply alignment work. Diptychs and triptychs share a locked camera height per setup; dividers land on a fixed white grid in post so panel edges, scale and horizon match across every composite.

Our Approach

The field establishers.

Frame 1 opens blue on the grass with a direct smile; frames 6 and 7 then wrap the same colorway in triptych and diptych coverage, including the rear view that proves the hoodie back.

The pink pair.

Frame 2 splits a front three-quarter against a drawstring detail, cap brim low; it is the line's girls-color hero and its construction proof in one asset.

The yellow arc.

Frames 3, 4 and 5 give yellow the story sequence: straps-gripped portrait, walking triptych with cap down, then the front-rear diptych that closes fit documentation.

The grey closer.

Frame 8 pairs a playful lean holding the backpack with a worn-on-back rear view; the teddy-patch backpack reads as the line's accessory upsell beside the grey set.

"Colorway catalogs fail when every color stands in the same spot. Give each color its own ground and the buyer navigates by memory, not by swatch." — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a four-colorway location catalog priced?

Location childrenswear sessions are billed from $800/day per photography team, with model agency fees and logistics itemized; an eight-frame colorway set returns a written per-project quote after a brief call.

How do you keep four colorways distinct?

Each colorway shoots on its own ground with its own pose family, so buyers navigate by place memory and never confuse color slots.

Can you produce diptychs and triptychs on location?

Yes. Camera height locks per setup and panels composite on a fixed grid, so multi-view frames ship as single listing assets.

What is the turnaround?

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from shoot day, including retouching, panel compositing and grade matching.

Who owns the images?

Your brand does, under a full commercial license covering catalog, marketplace, social and advertising use.
