A single romper, eight frames, one bright room. The garment is a cream double-gauze one-piece with a front snap placket, pale gold chest stitching and banded cuffs; the set is an all-white nursery built around a chesterfield armchair, a ladder shelf with flowers and books, and a blown-out multi-pane window. The coverage runs the full catalog arc: standing front frames with hands on the chair back, a straddle on the rolled arm, kneeling and standing back views that document rear fit, and laughing profile frames that give the listing its warmth. The window clips by design, so the room reads as light itself while the cream fabric stays one warm step off the walls.

Photography Challenges
1. Cream on white needs tonal discipline. The romper is cream; the room is white. The palette survives on a one-stop gap held by metering on the garment, letting the window clip, and keeping the wall a cool white so the warmer cream reads forward.
2. A chair is a climbing frame. A toddler on upholstery moves constantly. The coverage list is shot in stability order: standing holds first, kneeling and straddle next, laughing profiles whenever they happen, so the safe frames bank early.
3. Back views must stay human. Catalog rear frames often read like mannequin shots; the head-turn profile in the back views keeps a sliver of cheek and lashes in frame, proving the child while documenting the rear fit.
4. Eight frames, zero repeats. Every frame takes a distinct stance: hold, straddle, kneel, stand-back, three-quarter, laugh, shy, gaze; the shot list is struck through as they land so no slot duplicates another.
Our Approach
The establishing holds.
Frames 1, 7 and 8 stand the toddler at the chair back, hands on the crest rail; the placket, chest stitching and cuff rib all face camera for the listing's lead slots.
The play frames.
Frames 2 and 6 open the personality: a straddle on the rolled arm with an off-camera smile, and a standing profile laugh; both keep the romper front three-quarter readable inside the moment.
The rear documentation.
Frames 3, 4 and 5 climb through kneeling, standing and three-quarter back views; the snap placket's rear continuation and seat fit document without a second garment pass.
One-room light logic.
The window blows out identically across all eight frames; shadows, skin and cream tones grade to one recipe, so the full set drops into a listing gallery without a visible seam.
"With toddlers on furniture, shoot the safe frames first and the smiles as they come. The catalog needs both, but only one of them can be scheduled." — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions
How is an eight-frame infant catalog session priced?
Baby catalog sessions are billed from $800/day per photography team, with infant model agency fees itemized; an eight-frame single-garment set can also price per image under our Growth tier from $35/image.
How do you keep cream garments separate from white sets?
We meter on the garment, hold the wall a cooler white, and let the window clip by design, so the cream reads warm and forward in every frame.
Is it safe to shoot toddlers on furniture?
Yes, with a guardian arm's-length away and the coverage ordered from stable to playful poses, so the child never attempts a stance before it is set up.
What is the turnaround?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from shoot day, including retouching and grade matching across the full set.
Who owns the images?
Your brand does, under a full commercial license covering catalog, marketplace, social and advertising use.
