Compact ES3613 press brake with swing-arm HMI

Wide-bed ES8525 press brake, full-length front view

ES1253 press brake with perforated safety guarding

Three CNC press brakes from one builder’s line: compact, wide-bed and guarded variants photographed in one locked template, with work beds, tooling, swing-arm controls and foot pedals all presented for engineer readers who measure with their eyes long before the first inquiry.

Press brakes are compared on bed length, tooling and control layout, and buyers measure those off photographs. The three machines ran through a single front-view template with the camera leveled at bed height, so the compact, wide and guarded models read as one engineered family rather than three separate portraits.

Photography Challenges

1. Red fascia that clips fast. The gloss red front panels sit at the edge of the red channel under strong key light. Exposure was trimmed per machine so the fascia keeps its saturated red without bleeding into the black frame around it.

2. Polished tooling that mirrors the room. The ground steel beds and clamps act as horizontal mirrors. Long flagged strips gave the tooling a single clean highlight, proving the machining instead of reflecting the ceiling.

3. Scale across sizes. The compact and wide-bed models differ hugely in length. Focal length and camera distance were adjusted per machine while perspective height stayed constant, so proportions compare honestly on the page.

Our Approach

Bed-height camera rule

The camera was leveled at work-bed height for every machine. Engineers read machines from that sightline, and the consistency makes bed length and guarding directly comparable.

Flag work for the red panels

Flags placed around the fascia kept the red saturated and clean, with no clipped channel and no reflected clutter in the gloss.

Controls forward

Each machine was positioned so its swing-arm HMI and pedal station face camera. How the operator runs the machine is part of what the frame must answer.

"Industrial buyers read a machine photo the way they read a drawing. Level the camera at working height, keep the finishes true, and the frame answers half the inquiry before it is written." — June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you photograph very wide machines?

Yes. Wide-bed machines are shot with the camera racked back at constant bed height and the sweep extended, so the full length stays in frame with honest proportions.

How do you keep red paint from clipping?

By trimming exposure per machine and flagging the panels. Saturated reds sit near the channel limit under strong light; metering for the fascia keeps the color rich without bleed.

Can control arms and pedals be shown clearly?

Yes. We position each machine so its HMI arm and pedal station face camera, because operator interface is a real comparison point for machinery buyers.

A machine line engineers will compare?

Send the models. We will level the camera at working height and give every machine the same honest frame.
