A drink cooler sells capacity, and capacity is a visual claim. Each unit was filled with color-sorted unbranded drinks arranged in neat rows, so a buyer sees exactly what fits before reading a spec. The illuminated blue header panels and red temperature readouts were photographed powered on, because that glow is what the cooler looks like earning its keep on a shop floor.

Photography Challenges

1. A glass box full of reflections. Full-height glass doors reflect the studio while showing the interior. Light placement had to illuminate the stocked shelves through the glass while keeping door reflections to one clean vertical strip per door.

2. Stocked shelves that photograph honestly. Dummy drinks were arranged in color-blocked rows and checked through the door glass: what the camera sees through tempered glass shifts, so arrangement was tuned from the camera position, not by eye at the unit.

3. Powered panels against white. The blue header glow and red LED temperature displays sit at the edge of exposure range. Frames were metered to hold both against the bright sweep without clipping.

Our Approach

Capacity as the hero

Every unit was shot stocked. An empty cooler is a box; a full one is a business case. Color-blocked rows make the capacity legible in a thumbnail.

Through-glass lighting plan

Interior illumination came from sources placed to light the stock through the door while their reflections stay outside the viewing zone. The glass stays glass, the drinks stay lit.

Size-ladder consistency

Camera height stayed fixed as units grew wider, so the four frames read as one product line scaling up, which is exactly the page they live on.

"Commercial buyers purchase capacity and reliability. Fill the cabinet, light the stock, keep the displays glowing, and the frame answers both before the spec sheet opens." — June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you stage products inside refrigerators and coolers?

Yes. Stocked interiors sell capacity, and we arrange contents in color-sorted rows checked from the camera position, since glass refracts the arrangement. The result reads as a working shop floor, not a showroom empty box.

Can you photograph glass-door equipment without glare?

Yes. Interior lighting is placed to illuminate through the glass while reflections are pushed to a controlled strip. The door reads as glass and the stock stays bright.

Can you keep a size range consistent?

Yes. Camera height and framing logic stay fixed as units scale, so slim to flagship models photograph as one family on the same page.

Cooling equipment with capacity to prove?

Send the range. We will stock it, light it through the glass and photograph every size as one family.
