Photography Challenges

1. Enamel color shifts under the wrong source. Blue guilloche-style enamel goes grey under cool light. A warm-neutral key around 4000K keeps the blue saturated without turning the gold-tone metal brassy.

2. Tiny pieces need anchoring. Small brooches and earrings float on a big dark set. Each piece is placed on a defined reflective patch so the eye lands on the jewelry first, with the dark field doing the framing.

Our Approach

Koi hero frame.

Frame 01 sets the twin koi at a slight diagonal with seed pearls catching the key light, the blue body enamel reading as the color anchor of the frame.

Earrings pair frame.

Frame 02 hangs the leaf pair in a mirrored layout on the same glossy surface, shot low so the enamel drops catch a long highlight.

"Small ornate jewelry reads as precious when the set is quiet and the light is deliberate. Two good frames beat ten busy ones." — June, Product Photography Team Lead
