A growing team asked for more than the standard lineup: they wanted a set of images that could carry the company culture page, the recruitment ads and the office walls at once. The answer was a one-day concept program at our Guangzhou studio, eight distinct visual ideas built around one team in matching tees, from the safe foundation frames every company needs to concept composites designed in pre-production and finished in post. All frames were delivered under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges
1. Ten people, eight concepts, one day. Attention spans and fresh faces expire fast. The day is blocked into pre-lit sets, each concept is rehearsed with stand-ins before the team steps in, and the schedule runs the playful frames early while everyone is still loose.
2. Silhouettes live or die on edges. The keyboard concept reads only if each figure cuts cleanly against white. Backlight is metered to blow the sweep, clothing and hair are separated from the background with spacing, and the keyboard graphic is composited underfoot in post.
3. A composite fails on light direction. For the poster frame, the team is photographed against white with a backlight matched to the illustrated sky, then cut out and set into the scene. If the rim in the photo disagrees with the glow in the artwork, the eye finds the lie instantly.
4. A circle shot is geometry before photography. The worm's-eye frame needs nine people in a true ring around a camera on the floor. Positions are taped by height, chins come in to a counted cue, and the sky behind is left to blow out so faces ring a clean white core.
Our Approach
The foundation frames.
Frame 1 is the classic interlocked lineup on white, and frame 3 is its playful opposite: a leaning action chain that captures the team as colleagues, not coworkers. Every company library starts with this pair.
The concept frames.
Frame 2 turns the team into silhouettes walking a giant keyboard, the tech identity made visual. Frame 5 strips everything to a row of profiles traced by rim light, the frame that ends up on the culture page header.
The poster composite.
Frame 4 is the showpiece: the team photographed from behind, composited into an illustrated anime-style sky with the team's own title typography, a movie-poster-style commemorative print of the year's crew.
The formal and art closers.
Frames 6 through 8 finish the range: a tiered pyramid on mocha for the lobby wall, a low-key boardroom portrait along the company table, and the worm's-eye circle that every new hire recognizes from the recruitment page.
"A creative team shoot is a translation job: the company's personality goes in, and eight different visual dialects come out." — Garbo, Director of Photography

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a creative team shoot billed?
Team sessions start from $800/day per photography team. The final per-project quote follows concept count and compositing scope; send your team size and idea list for a written estimate.
Can you design a custom poster concept for our team?
Yes. The concept is designed with you in pre-production, the team is photographed against white with lighting matched to the artwork, and typography and compositing are finished in post.
How many concepts fit into one shoot day?
A planned day comfortably covers six to ten pre-lit concepts. Each is rehearsed with stand-ins first, so the team itself spends minutes, not hours, on each set.
What should our team wear?
Matching tees keep concept frames unified, while the formal frames work in coordinated business dress. A dress code sheet goes out a week ahead so nobody guesses on the morning of the shoot.
What is the turnaround including the composite work?
The full edited set, composites included, is delivered in 5-7 business days, every frame under a full commercial license for web, print and recruitment use.
