The client builds solid hardwood furniture in a softened New Chinese language: rounded arms, recessed panels and a warm chestnut finish across living and bedroom pieces. The brief asked for complete dressed rooms that let buyers furnish a whole home from one line. All six frames were photographed at the AIMI Visual Media studio in Guangzhou, China, with window views dressed as printed scenic backdrops.

Photography Challenges
1. One finish across six different rooms. Chestnut shifts fast under changing light. Every suite is metered to the same wood value, and the grade is matched in retouch, so the living room sofa and the last bedroom wardrobe read as one continuous collection.
2. Showroom windows need controlled views. Real exterior views fight the interior grade. Window bays are dressed with printed scenic backdrops chosen per room, so the view supports the set instead of pulling color and attention out of the furniture.
3. Dressed rooms must not bury the product. Pillows, ceramics and plants make a room sell, but clutter kills the wood read. Props are held to a few pieces per surface, and upholstery stays in muted tones so the chestnut frames keep first read.
Our Approach
Living and lounge rooms first.
Frames 01-02 establish the collection in the social rooms: the sofa and armchair group with coffee table and sideboard, then the chaise lounge set with nested tables and curio cabinet.
Bedroom suite walk.
Frames 03-06 move through four bedroom configurations, fluted panel bed with vanity, arched headboard suite, raised-panel room with tall chest, and the curved-rail set with corner wardrobe, each with its own textile palette.
Collection discipline in post.
All six rooms are graded against one reference frame, so wood tone, wall value and curtain color hold continuous when the catalog flips from room to room.
"A furniture line wins when the buyer stops comparing pieces and starts planning rooms. Shoot the collection as rooms, and the catalog does the cross-selling." — June, Product Photography Team Lead
