The gimmick is the storage: a wrist-worn watch remote with a hinged clear dome that carries the tiny RC car, so the toy goes wherever the child goes. AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China shot 4 images in our Guangzhou studio on pure white: each set composed in three views, the magnified car for detail, the watch with the car inside the dome, and the circular wrist inset showing a thumb working the buttons, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges

1. The dome doubles the reflections. A clear plastic dome over a glossy car: two curved reflectors stacked. We move the light until the dome carries one soft catch and the car inside stays visible through it, not whitewashed by it.

2. Three views must read as one product. Magnified car, watch with dome, wrist inset: three framings of the same tiny object. Consistent light and scale clues across the composite keep the child's brain assembling one product, not three.

3. Glossy plastic is a fingerprint museum. Toy-grade ABS shows every touch. We handle with gloves, polish between frames, and retouch the residue: the difference between a toy that looks new and one that looks returned.

4. The character is the purchase. The cockroach sells pranks, the loader sells construction, the crocodile sells cartoon. We let each body's design read at a glance: the character IS the feature bullet.

Our Approach

The Composite Layout

Watch, magnified car, and wrist inset in one frame per set: the e-commerce 'everything at once' composition toy listings need.

The Detail Magnification

Each mini car enlarged with its sculpt details forward: scales, teeth, grille, or bucket at readable zoom.

The Wrist Inset

The strap around a wrist with a thumb on the button: size and operation answered without a face in frame.

Retouching

All 4 frames keep the toys honest: plastic glossy, fingerprints gone, dome catches single, and whites at 245-252. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.

"A novelty toy is a composite story: car, dome, and wrist in one frame, with glossy plastic kept fingerprint-free." June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a 4-image set like this cost?

This set came to about $48 at $12 per white-background image. Styled play scenes run $35 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.

How long does the shoot take?

These 4 images were delivered in 4 business days. Each set's composite shares one lighting position.

Can these go on Amazon?

Yes, the white composites meet main-image rules for the secondary slots and A+ Content, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the toy alone on pure white.

How do you photograph through the clear dome?

By moving the light until the dome carries one soft catch and the car inside stays visible through it, not whitewashed by it. Two curved reflectors stacked need one controlled source.

Why the wrist inset in every frame?

Because size and operation are the two questions for a wearable toy. A wrist with a thumb on the button answers both without putting a face in the product shot.

Can you add more characters later?

Yes. The composite template stays on file, so new cars match this set, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
