The client sells Teatime glass tea ware and asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China to shoot the line for online listings. The range covers a lidded glass teapot with infuser, double-wall cups, and a tea-for-one stacking set. We shot 8 images in our Guangzhou studio: clean white packshots with the sets filled with amber tea, plus warm bamboo-tray scenes including a hand mid-pour, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges
1. Glass is drawn with edges. Clear glass on white has no outline of its own. We flagged the set dark at the sides, so every curve carries a thin dark edge and a bright highlight: the pot reads as glass, not as a hole in the photo.
2. The tea is the color. A glass tea set without tea is an x-ray of nothing. We brewed to a warm amber and filled pot and cups to matching levels, so the set glows and buyers see what the product is for.
3. Double walls must read double. The double-wall cups' inner wall is their magic: no sweat, no burnt fingers. We angled the light so both walls catch separate highlights, making the air gap visible in a still photo.
4. Pouring must look easy. The pour frame catches the stream mid-arc into the cup, hand steady on the handle. One frame answers the question every infuser-pot buyer asks: does it pour clean or dribble.
Our Approach
White Packshots
The packshots set the full family on white: the 6-cup set gathered around the pot, the tea-for-one stacked, the single cup in profile, each filled to a warm amber. The Teatime print on the glass stays readable in every frame.
Bamboo Scenes
The tea-service frames move to a bamboo tray: the pot on a green coaster with cups behind, a snack plate blurred at the edge, and the pour caught mid-stream. These frames sell the afternoon the product promises.
Retouching
All 8 frames keep the glass honest: edges crisp, amber matched to the real brew, infuser mesh clean, and the white frames taken to pure white. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon main-image slots and A+ Content.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an 8-image set like this cost?
This set came to about $165: 5 white-background images at $12 each, plus 3 tea-service scenes at $35 each. With 10 or more items the whole order gets 10% off.
How long does the shoot take?
These 8 images were delivered in 5 business days. The tea is brewed fresh on set and matched across frames, so the amber stays consistent from packshot to pour.
Are the packshots ready for Amazon main images?
Yes. The white frames show the set alone on pure white at 2000x2000px, above the zoom minimum, with the bamboo scenes ready for secondary slots and A+ Content.
How do you photograph clear glass on white?
With dark flags at the sides. Every curve then carries a thin dark edge and a bright highlight, so the pot reads as glass instead of disappearing into the background.
Why shoot the set filled with tea?
Because a glass tea set without tea is an x-ray of nothing. The amber brew gives the product its color and tells buyers exactly what it is for.
Can you add more tea ware to the line later?
Yes. The white setup and bamboo tray stay in the studio, so new pots and cups slot into the same look, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
