The client sells cute glass water bottles and asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China to shoot the line for online listings. The designs run from mushroom-cap bottles in polka-dot sleeves to clear bottles with cartoon charms. We shot 8 images in our Guangzhou studio on a pink flat-lay set: singles and trios lying across open magazines, standing groups with teacups and plants, and close-ups of the caps and sleeves, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges

1. Cute is a color story. These bottles sell on charm, and charm photographs as palette. We built one pink world: pink sweep, white props, green plant accents, and let the bottles carry the only strong color. The set tells buyers exactly who this product is for.

2. Small bottles need scale cues. A 300ml bottle alone could be any size. The open magazine, teacup, and plant pot are deliberately familiar objects: buyers read the bottle's size against them instantly, no ruler required.

3. The trio frame sells the range. Black, white, and pink versions photographed together turn one SKU decision into three. We lay them diagonal with matching angles, so the comparison is the photo.

4. Charms are the gift hook. The cartoon charms hanging from the caps are what make these giftable. We angle the charm bottles so the charm reads first and the bottle second, because the charm is why the buyer clicks.

Our Approach

Pink Flat Lays

The flat lays set bottles diagonally across open magazines on the pink sweep, with a miniature house, clips, and a succulent placed around. Lying bottles show the full sleeve and cap in one view and read friendly, not technical.

Standing Groups and Details

The standing frames gather the trio with a teacup and plant, and the detail frames go close on the polka-dot sleeve texture, the dome cap, and the charms. The range, the materials, and the gift hook each get their frame.

Retouching

All 8 frames keep the palette honest: pinks matched to the physical bottles, whites clean, glass clear, and the magazine print soft. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.

"Cute products are bought with the heart. Build one pink world, add one familiar magazine for scale, and let the charm do the selling." June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an 8-image set like this cost?

This set came to about $280 at $35 per styled image, the pink set and props included. Plain white-background shots for main listing slots start at $12 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.

How long does the shoot take?

These 8 images were delivered in 5 business days. One set carries the session: the bottles rotate through flat lays, groups, and details against the same pink world.

Can styled scenes go on Amazon?

Yes, in the secondary slots, A+ Content, and your brand store, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the bottle alone on pure white, which we add at $12 per colorway.

Why photograph small bottles with a magazine?

For scale. A small bottle alone could be any size, but against an open magazine or a teacup, buyers read its real dimensions instantly.

Why shoot the trio together?

Because color choice is the main buying decision for this product. One frame with black, white, and pink side by side turns three listings into one comparison.

Can you add more designs later?

Yes. The pink set stays in the studio, so new colors and charm designs slot into the same look, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
