The client sells portable drink gadgets and asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China to shoot 2 frames for online listings. We shot them in and around our Guangzhou studio: the black coffee brewer on a dark café table beside a full espresso cup and a burlap sack of beans, and the blue water bottle out on the ground among stones, leaves, and direct sun, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges
1. A coffee gadget needs coffee proof. The brewer alone is a black cylinder. We stage it beside a finished cup with crema and a spilling bean sack, so the frame answers 'what comes out of this thing' before the copy does.
2. Dark product, dark set. A black device on a dark table can vanish. We keep a bright edge on the brewer's glossy cap and let the white cup pull the eye in, so the product reads by contrast, not by brightness.
3. Outdoor means real ground. The blue bottle lies on actual stones and dry leaves in direct sun, lens flare included. Portable products are bought for outside, so the photo goes outside.
4. Two products, one logic. Different gadgets, same rule: show the drink it makes or the place it goes. The frames look different, but the reasoning is identical.
Our Approach
The Café Frame
The brewer stands on dark wood beside a fresh espresso, scattered beans, and a tipped burlap sack. Warm low-key light picks out the glossy cap; the cup proves the output; the sack proves the ingredient.
The Outdoor Frame
The blue bottle lies among stones and leaves with the sun flaring in: travel, hiking, real ground. The internal cell window stays readable, so the tech shows even in the wild.
Retouching
Both frames keep the mood honest: café warm and deep, outdoor bright and rugged, product edges clean in both. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.
"Drink gadgets sell the drink or the destination. Put the cup next to the brewer, put the bottle on real ground, and the listing explains itself." — June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a 2-image set like this cost?
This set came to about $70 at $35 per styled image, sets and props included. Plain white-background shots for main listing slots start at $12 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.
How long does the shoot take?
These 2 images were delivered in 5 business days. The café set is in the studio; the outdoor frame is shot on real ground in direct sun, weather permitting.
Can styled scenes go on Amazon?
Yes, in the secondary slots, A+ Content, and your brand store, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the product alone on pure white, which we add at $12 per item.
Why stage the brewer with a finished cup?
Because a black cylinder alone answers nothing. The espresso with crema beside it shows the output, and the bean sack shows the input: the whole promise in one frame.
Why shoot the bottle outdoors?
Because portable products are bought for outside. Real stones, real leaves, and real sun make the use case believable in a way a studio floor cannot.
Can you add more gadgets later?
Yes. Both setups are repeatable, so new devices slot into the same logic, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
