MORE CARE, a Chinese baby products brand, asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China to cover its feeding bottle range for marketplace listings: the 180ml and 240ml sizes in clear and honey-amber PPSU, the glass model, and the spare parts. We shot 10 images in our Guangzhou studio on the white sweep: assembled bottles with their cartoon prints forward, bare bodies for the material story, the silicone nipple alone, and a hands-held frame that proves the PPSU's transparency, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges

1. Transparent bottles are drawn with edges. A clear bottle on white has no surface to expose. We backlight through the sweep and add strip cards at the sides, so the walls carry bright edge lines and the printed scale reads through the glass: the bottle exists because its outline exists.

2. Amber PPSU must read as material, not tint. The honey color is the plastic's proof of being PPSU, but bad white balance turns it into a yellow cast. We calibrate to a gray card and hold the amber honest, so buyers see medical-grade material, not a color error.

3. Prints are the range page. Cartoon artwork distinguishes the SKUs: rabbit prints, bear prints, heart prints. Every assembled frame is rotated so the print faces camera square-on, because a print shot at an angle is a print that does not match its listing.

4. The parts tell the safety story. The silicone nipple and the weighted straw are what parents inspect. They get their own frames on white, nipple flange flat and straw weight visible, because spare-part photos answer questions the hero shot cannot.

Our Approach

Assembled Frames

Each bottle stands complete: cap on, handles out, print square to camera. The 180ml clear, the 240ml amber, and the glass model rotate through the same floor mark, so the range compares designs, not angles.

Bare Body Frames

The unthreaded bodies stand alone: dual-thread design visible, waisted grip readable, volume scales through the wall. These are the frames wholesale buyers study for construction.

Parts and Hands Frames

The nipple gets its solo frame; the horizontal hands-held frame lets light pass through the PPSU so fingers show behind the plastic: transparency as proof, no caption needed.

Retouching

All 10 frames keep the product honest: amber calibrated to the physical plastic under D50, prints color-matched, edges bright without halos, and whites at 245-252. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon main-image slots.

"Baby bottles sell on 3 proofs: edges for the shape, honest amber for the material, and solo frames for the parts parents inspect." June, Product Photography Team Lead

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a 10-image set like this cost?

This set came to about $108 at $12 per white-background packshot, with the 10% discount for 10 or more items applied. Styled scenes run $35 each before the same discount.

How long does the shoot take?

These 10 images were delivered in 5 business days. The sweep stays locked; bottles, bodies, and parts rotate through the same position.

Are these ready for Amazon main images?

Yes. Each bottle stands alone on pure white at 2000x2000px, above the 1000px zoom minimum, with prints and scales legible at full zoom.

How do you photograph transparent bottles on white?

By backlighting through the sweep and adding strip cards at the sides. The walls carry bright edge lines, and the printed scale reads through the glass.

How do you keep amber PPSU looking right?

With gray-card calibration and honest white balance. The honey color is the proof of PPSU material; bad white balance turns it into a color error, so we hold it true.

Can you add more prints or sizes later?

Yes. The sweep and the edge-light recipe stay in the studio, so new SKUs slot into the same frames, at the standard $12 packshot rate.
