HANGROO, a baby feeding brand, asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China to sell one small product's whole day: formula at noon, gummies at the park, biscuits at grandma's. We shot 6 images in our Guangzhou studio on pastel plinth sets: the three colorways tiered for the hero, the lid open with the built-in leveling scraper mid-scrape, and the top-down trio loaded with gummies, formula, and bear biscuits, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges
1. The leveler is the whole product, and it is 2cm wide. The built-in scraper that levels each scoop is this dispenser's reason to exist, and it is tiny. We shoot the scrape mid-action: the scoop drawn across the navy scraper, excess powder falling back: the feature parents buy, caught at the moment it works.
2. Three colorways must read as one family. Cream, blush, and mint tubs with navy lids: shot individually they look like three products. We tier them on lavender plinths against mint, so the range reads as a system with a color choice, not a lineup of strangers.
3. Powder needs discipline on set. Loose formula migrates everywhere and reads as dirt in macro. We work with measured fills, brush the rim between frames, and blow off the set before each shot: white powder must look like food, not dust.
4. One container, three lives. Parents buy it for formula, then reuse it for snacks for years. The flat lay loads the three tubs with gummies, formula, and biscuits side by side: the after-formula value argument, visible at a glance.
Our Approach
The Colorway Frames
Three tubs tiered on pastel plinths, then all six variants in a diagonal spread: the full palette mapped for the swatch-shopping parent.
The Action Frame
A hand draws the scoop across the built-in leveler: exact measurement demonstrated, not described. The frame that answers 'why this dispenser'.
The Three-Use Flat Lay
Top-down: gummies, formula, and bear biscuits in the three tubs with heart-tipped scoops aligned beside: one container's whole working life in one frame.
Retouching
All 6 frames keep the set honest: pastels true, powder clean white, logos legible, and whites at 245-252. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a 6-image set like this cost?
This set came to about $210 at $35 per styled image, the plinth sets and props included. Plain white-background shots for main listing slots start at $12 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.
How long does the shoot take?
These 6 images were delivered in 5 business days. Colorway frames, the scrape action, and the flat lay share one shoot day.
Can styled photos go on Amazon?
Yes, in the secondary slots, A+ Content, and your brand store, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the container alone on pure white, which we add at $12 per colorway.
Why photograph the leveling scrape mid-action?
Because the built-in scraper is the whole product: exact measurement demonstrated in one frame beats a paragraph of feature copy.
How do you keep loose powder clean on set?
Measured fills, a rim brush between frames, and an air blower before every shot. In macro, stray powder reads as dirt, so the set gets cleaned like a kitchen, not a studio.
Can you add more colorways later?
Yes. The plinth sets and palette template stay on file, so new colors drop into the family, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
