The client's set is one pattern across twelve pieces: daisies, gold koi, and songbirds on glossy white ceramic. AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China shot 8 images in our Guangzhou studio on the polished gold counter: the full arrangement in the marble-backsplash kitchen, the tilted open canister spilling cookies, the horizontal cruet and pump dispenser with their brass hardware forward, and the graduated trio mapping the size range, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges
1. The gold counter flatters and betrays. Polished brass doubles the pattern in reflection, gorgeous, but it also doubles every flaw. We polish between frames and retouch the reflection as carefully as the product: a smudge reflected is a smudge doubled.
2. The pattern must survive shallow focus. We shoot wide aperture for the premium bokeh, but the hero piece must stay tack sharp across its full curved surface. Focus stacking on the hero, bokeh behind: the best of both in one frame.
3. Food proves the seal. Canisters claim airtight freshness; cookies spilling from the open jar prove the use case. Pistachios and jujubes scattered beside: the pantry contents that make storage photography appetizing instead of empty.
4. Hardware is the price signal. Brass pumps, pour spouts, and wood lids are where buyers judge quality. We give each a specular edge light so the metal reads machined, not plastic: the detail zoom that justifies the set price.
Our Approach
The Full Scene Frames
The complete set arranged on the gold counter against the marble backsplash, LED glow above: the aspirational kitchen the buyer is really purchasing.
The Food Frames
The open canister mid-spill with cookies, pistachios, and red dates: airtight storage translated into appetite.
The Detail Frames
Cruet and pump horizontal for hardware inspection, graduated trio for size mapping: the spec-sheet frames for zoom-happy buyers.
Retouching
All 8 frames keep the set honest: reflections cleaned, pattern colors true, gold warm not orange, and whites at 245-252. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an 8-image set like this cost?
This set came to about $280 at $35 per styled image, the kitchen set and food styling included. Plain white-background shots for main listing slots start at $12 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.
How long does the shoot take?
These 8 images were delivered in 5 business days. Scene frames first, then food styling while the cookies are fresh.
Can scene photos go on Amazon?
Yes, in the secondary slots, A+ Content, and your brand store, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the set alone on pure white, which we add at $12 per piece.
Why photograph on a reflective gold counter?
Because the reflection doubles the pattern and the premium feel, but it also doubles every flaw, so we polish between frames and retouch the reflection as carefully as the product.
Why style with real food?
Canisters claim airtight freshness; cookies spilling from the open jar prove the use case. Storage photography with real contents reads as appetite, not empty vessels.
Can you add more pieces later?
Yes. The gold-counter set and lighting template stay on file, so new pieces match this campaign, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
