The client sells the five-star hotel bathroom for home: white porcelain, gold lotus, and a counter that mirrors everything. AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China shot 6 images in our Guangzhou studio on the gold vanity set: the full ensemble beside the smoked-glass vessel sink, the cotton-swab canister with its embossed ginkgo, the toothbrush organizer with its gold collar, and the wide frame with the rolled towel and pearls, all under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges

1. Everything reflects everything. Gold counter, gold trim, glass tumblers, glazed porcelain: the set is a hall of mirrors. We control the reflection stack by flagging the counter's bounce and letting only the product's own reflection through: luxury without the double-image chaos.

2. The lotus motif must stay consistent. Filled gold flowers plus silver line-art leaves repeat across 7 pieces. We keep the key light at one angle across all frames, so the gold reads the same warm tone on every piece: consistency is the brand.

3. Hotel styling is restraint. Rolled towel, pearls, one orchid shadow on the wall: the frame must feel turndown-service tidy, not staged. We limit props to what a housekeeper would actually leave.

4. Glass tumblers on gold need edge discipline. Clear glass against a gold counter can disappear or go muddy. A subtle rim light from behind draws the tumbler's outline: the glass reads as glass, the gold stays gold.

Our Approach

The Full Scene Frame

The complete 7-piece set beside the vessel sink, towel rolled, pearls draped: the hotel fantasy that anchors the collection page.

The Detail Frames

The cotton-swab canister with its ginkgo emboss, the organizer with brushes standing: the tactile close-ups that sell glaze quality at zoom.

The Pairing Frames

Tumblers with canister, dispenser beside the black vessel sink: the two-piece compositions for A+ modules.

Retouching

All 6 frames keep the set honest: gold warm not brassy, whites at 245-252, lotus print untouched, and reflections single and clean. Files went out at 2000x2000px sRGB in JPEG (quality 90) and WebP, ready for Amazon listings and A+ Content.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a 6-image set like this cost?

This set came to about $210 at $35 per styled image, the vanity set included. Plain white-background shots for main listing slots start at $12 each, and 10 or more items get 10% off.

How long does the shoot take?

These 6 images were delivered in 5 business days. The full scene anchors the session; detail frames follow without moving the key light.

Can scene photos go on Amazon?

Yes, in the secondary slots, A+ Content, and your brand store, delivered at 2000x2000px. Main images must be the set alone on pure white, which we add at $12 per piece.

How do you control all those reflections?

Gold counter, gold trim, glass, glaze: we flag the counter's bounce and let only the product's own reflection through. Luxury without the double-image chaos.

Why keep the key light fixed across frames?

Because the gold lotus motif repeats across 7 pieces. One light angle means the gold reads the same warm tone everywhere: consistency is the brand.

Can you add more pieces later?

Yes. The vanity set and lighting recipe stay on file, so new pieces match this campaign, at the standard $12 or $35 per-image rates.
