Blue Burst Acoustic-Electric Guitar Photography

The client sells acoustic-electric guitars and asked AIMI Visual Media in Guangzhou, China for the marketplace hero of its blue burst cutaway model. We shot it in our Guangzhou studio on the white sweep: the guitar upright and centered, the blue-to-black burst gradient reading full and even, the cream binding crisp, under a full commercial license.

Photography Challenges

1. A burst is a gradient exam. The finish fades from deep blue to black at the edges. Uneven light turns that craft into blotches, so we light the sweep and the guitar separately and keep the gradient smooth from center to rim.

2. Gloss blue shows everything. A dark gloss finish mirrors the room at twice the contrast of a light one. We flag the set so the top carries one clean highlight and the burst stays the only pattern.

3. The electronics must be findable. The preamp panel on the upper bout is what makes this an acoustic-electric. We keep the angle straight enough that the panel reads in silhouette, so buyers spot the feature in the hero itself.
